• Pentium 3 or higher processor (or compatible AMD) with 256 or higher MB of RAM
• Internet connection with 56K enhanced modem for dialup; DSL or cable modem preferred

NOTE:  Modem speed should be higher than 56K for courses containing audio/video material.

• 20.0 GB or higher hard drive
• CD-ROM with sound card, or on-board sound chip
• 3.5” HD floppy drive; USB flash drive preferred
• Netscape 6.2 or higher; Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher preferred
• Microsoft Windows 2000 or higher operating system
• Microsoft Word 2000 or higher word processing software
